Privacy Policy
Zenntry collects personal information in order to process ticket orders and deliver the service you have purchased. The data we collect includes your name, email address, phone number and payment information.
Customer data is stored in Supabase on infrastructure located in the European Union. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles and stores card data on its own PCI-compliant systems - we never see or store your full card details. Confirmation and order emails are sent through Resend.
We retain your personal data for up to three (3) years after your last interaction with Zenntry, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@zenntry.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Zenntry does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with the processors named above (Supabase, Stripe, Resend) to the extent required to deliver the service.
Terms of Service
Zenntry is a premium ticket marketplace. By placing an order on Zenntry, you enter into a contract with us for the purchase of the tickets described on the listing page.
All sales are final unless the event is cancelled. If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund under the Zenntry Guarantee.
The Zenntry Guarantee covers invalid tickets and cancelled events: if you are denied entry for a reason related to the ticket itself, or if your event is cancelled, you receive comparable replacement seats or a full refund.
All prices shown on Zenntry include applicable service fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay - there are no hidden charges added at the final step.
Zenntry acts as an intermediary between buyers and verified ticket sources. We are not the original issuer of the tickets; we contract with verified resellers and partners to fulfil your order.
