Zenntry works with a network of verified ticket holders, official resellers and concierge partners across Europe, Australia and beyond. Every listing goes through a manual verification process before it appears on our platform. For sold out shows our concierge team goes further, reaching out to our wider network to source seats that are not publicly available. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our listings page, use our request form and our team will get back to you within 2 hours with options.

Every ticket listed on Zenntry is backed by the Zenntry Guarantee. We personally verify every listing before it goes live. If you arrive at a venue and your ticket does not work for any reason related to the ticket itself, we will either secure you comparable replacement seats at the venue immediately or refund 100 percent of your purchase plus reimburse any difference if you buy replacements elsewhere. We have never left a buyer stranded.

All tickets are delivered digitally to the email address you used at checkout. You will receive them before the event, and our team tracks every order to make sure delivery happens on time. For most events tickets arrive several days before the show. For last minute purchases our team prioritises delivery and you will typically receive your tickets within a few hours. Yes. This is one of the things Zenntry specialises in. Our concierge team has access to inventory that is not publicly listed, including tickets returned by other buyers, corporate allocations and partner network stock. If an event shows as sold out on our platform or anywhere else, submit a request through our concierge page and our team will respond within 2 hours. We source tickets to sold out shows on a regular basis.

Yes. Our concierge team can source VIP packages, premium seating, hospitality experiences and backstage access for selected events. These are not always listed publicly. Contact our concierge team directly via WhatsApp or through the request form to discuss what is available for your specific event.

The Zenntry Guarantee covers every order placed on our platform. It has three parts. First, your tickets will arrive before the event. Second, your tickets will work at the door. Third, your tickets will match exactly what you ordered in terms of section, row, category and quantity. If any of these fail we will replace your tickets or refund you in full. No questions, no paperwork.
