Is Zenntry legit? Straight answers

If you typed "Zenntry reviews" before buying — good. Genuinely. We spend our days telling people never to pay a stranger without checking who they are, so we can hardly complain when you apply the advice to us.

So here are the answers, no corporate hedging. And at the end, we'll show you how to verify every single one yourself, without taking our word for anything.

Who we are

Zenntry is an independent ticket resale marketplace — concerts and sport, mostly in France and across Europe. We don't own the tickets: we connect buyers with professional resellers we vet before letting them sell. And we stay responsible for your order until you're inside the venue. That's what being the intermediary means: if a seller lets us down, that's our problem, not yours.

Exactly what the guarantee covers

Three promises. Not one more, but kept:

• Your tickets arrive before the event, in time for entry.
• They work at the door.
• They match your order— category, quantity, seats together if that's what was listed.

If any of the three is broken, you get a 100% refund. And if you have to rebuy tickets elsewhere at the last minute because of us, we cover the price difference. Yes, even if they cost more.

Support: humans, fast

No chatbot, no ticket #4832 answered within ten business days. Zenntry support is actual humans on WhatsApp and Telegram, typically replying in under 15 minutes. Including on show nights — which is obviously when the questions come in, and exactly when a "we'll get back to you within 48 hours" support desk is useless.

What we are not

Two things, and we'd rather say them ourselves.

We are not the official box office. Zenntry is not affiliated with any artist, venue or organiser. If the event isn't sold out and the official box office still has seats at face value, buy there. Seriously. Come back when it's sold out.

And our prices can exceed face value — that's the nature of a resale market when demand spikes. The price you see is all-in, but it isn't "cheap". We sell availability and safety, not bargains.

How to verify us (without trusting us)

Look up Zenntry's Google reviews — not the ones we showcase, the ones Google shows. Message the WhatsApp line before buying: ask a hard question, time the reply. Check the checkout when you pay: it runs on Stripe, and we never see your card number. And read the guaranteein full — it's short, on purpose.
